I am Lacey, and I am one of the girls on the new VH1 show, "Rock Of Love", starring Bret Michaels from Poison. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and now reside in Los Angeles.

The reason I did the show, "Rock of Love", is basically because I thought it would be fun...simple as that. On the show, I must admit that I gave some of the girls a hard time. I like to shake things up, so to speak, and cause trouble! ;-) Haha! But in "real life", I love people, and I consider myself to be a compassionate human being who is kind to those who I care about. The show DID end up being a ton of fun to do...it was basically one of those "crazy life experiences". And to add to the enjoyment of this experience, Bret truly was a total sweetheart (and a bit of a goofball!).

MUSIC: Music is a huge part of my life...I have toured the U.S. multiple times as the frontwoman of my band NOCTURNE, playing in front of thousands of people across the country. I've toured with bands like Dope, Mushroomhead, Pigface, and Bile, and shared the stage multiple times with Ministry as well as the Genitorturers (for those who are unfamiliar, these are all successful and well-known bands in the underground industrial/metal scene). My first show I ever performed was opening for Marilyn Manson! I sing, write, record, produce, and play the bass guitar.

ANIMALS: Another big passion of mine is my love for animals. I ride and train horses for show jumping competition, which I've been doing since I was a little kid, and absolutely love. I also am a devoted activist of animal rights, as well as human rights and the environment. I am the founder of New Dawn Pet Rescue, where I rescue dogs that are sick or injured, or slated to be euthanized at L.A.'s city pounds. I take these dogs out of the pound, and bring them back to my house where they live the life of luxury until I can find a new, loving home for each of them.

I encourage everyone to look at their own lives and figure out what they can do to make a positive difference in this world. Other than all of that, I'm just a girl who likes to party, have a good time, and live life to the fullest!
